In Christianity, evangelism is the commitment to or act of publicly preaching of the Gospel with the intention of spreading the message and teachings of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Loves You Missions (JLYM) is a non-denominational group which seeks to carry the word of God to the ends of the world. It is a group of professionals, health workers and social workers who have distinguished themselves to go out with the word of God. ‘Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…’ Matthew 28:19. By this, we are mandated as children of God to “Go ye therefore and teach all ethnic groups, invading every race, every skin color, and every nation with different customs and culture.

To go the ends of the world to preach Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth

Field Work and Service

Our field of endeavor include evangelizing to lost souls in the prisons, schools, churches, villages, farms, orphanages; basically wherever the lost soul can be found. We do charity works like free medical consultations with a free supply of drugs. We also give gifts of clothing, books, and food to our beneficiaries.

This year, as part of our mission work, Our Lord Jesus has commissioned the team to reach out to the people of Sierra Leone and as such we would need assistance from individuals and institutions like yourself.

This is the first time the team is traveling to a different country and due to that, a lot has to be done to be able to fulfill the call. The team has scheduled this assignment in October 2019 where a team of 25persons will visit Sierra Leone.

Prayer

Our missionary work will not achieve results without fervent prayer. We organise fasting and prayers on the mountains before our activities for the year begin. Other prayer sessions include last Friday of the month prayer meetings and fasting and prayers services before every mission. We also encourage individual members to continue earnestly in daily self-prayer.
