- Travelling will be by air
- All members seeking to join the trip will require a passport.
- Arrangement will be made to assist members without passports to secure one.
- Amount (fares and feeding) to be raised per head will be communicated to members by close of the month.
- Maximum of twenty (25) members are expected to make the trip
- A proposal will be written and sent round by members to source for sponsorship for the programme.
- There will be a 3 Day waiting before the trip.
- Members will undergo vaccinations before travelling.
